Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Privacy and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage privacy and AI operations, including oversight of management
technology and triaging requests
Ensure compliance with US and international privacy and AI laws and
provide actionable guidance
Educate employees and leadership on privacy and AI trends and
compliance obligations
Required Qualifications
J.D., LLB, or equivalent from an accredited law school; admitted to
the bar or authorized to practice law
Minimum of 5 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience,
preferably in a global technology company
Experience developing and enhancing global data privacy, AI, and
information security programs
Ability to work collaboratively across various organizational
levels and functions
CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP certification(s) desirable
