Key Responsibilities
Define and implement brand strategy and positioning across all
channels
Lead creative teams to produce innovative campaigns and oversee
their execution
Build and mentor a high-performing creative team while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in brand strategy or creative leadership in
a consumer-focused environment
Proven track record of successful brand campaign development and
execution
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling
creative teams
Proficiency in creative tools and a solid understanding of
marketing channels
A passion for storytelling and delivering exceptional customer
experiences
