You can read a little bit about us .Location: Miami, FLJob Summary: The Sustainability Programs Manager will lead Watsco's development, implementation, and management of sustainability programs, working closely with Watsco's business units and other internal and external stakeholders to reduce Watsco's footprint across all emissions' scopes.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sustainability teams across Watsco's subsidiaries to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for reducing GHG emissions.Data Management and Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to sustainability performance and GHG emissions.
• Analyze emissions data to identify and implement strategies to reduce GHG emissions, such as energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.Program Development and Implementation:
• Design and manage sustainability programs that address various aspects of environmental impact, including waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable sourcing.
• Oversee the execution of sustainability programs ensuring they are effectively integrated into Watsco's strategic goals and operations.Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare detailed GHG emissions and sustainability initiatives' reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international reporting standards and regulations.Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and support sustainability initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in sustainability and GHG emissions management.
• Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainability practices.Resource Management:
• Oversee the efficient use of resources such as energy and materials to reduce Watsco's environmental footprint.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, environmental reporting, or a related area.
• Proficiency in using emissions calculation tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and execute with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.
