Job Description:
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Analyst responsible
for the approval and decline of condominium and co-op projects for
various investors.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Agency and Investor project guidelines for
mortgage approvals
Conduct detailed reviews of condominium and co-op documentation,
including financials and legal documents
Communicate project statuses and conditions to supervisors and
sales teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in condominium and co-op project
underwriting
Advanced knowledge of FHA, conventional, and Jumbo loan program
standards
Proficiency in analyzing complex condominium project documents
Experience with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination
systems
High school diploma or equivalent
