Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Collections to oversee and
optimize its collections process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a collections team to achieve team goals
Develop and implement an effective collections strategy to improve
cash flow
Generate and analyze collections reports to provide insights into
performance metrics
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Collections Manager in a leadership
role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with SaaS billing models and revenue recognition
Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce is a plus
