A company is looking for a Manager, Work Force Capacity Planning
& Forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build forecasting models for staffing and call volume
needs
Compile data using SQL, Tableau, and IEX for analysis and
reporting
Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to create accurate
forecasts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing capacity and call volume models in
a call center environment
BA/BS degree required
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
Advanced knowledge of Workforce Management systems
Mastery of Workforce Management concepts related to staffing
requirements and performance
