Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Growth Director responsible
for developing partnership strategies to drive growth and
revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strategic perspective on partnerships to enhance growth
and revenue
Identify and spearhead strategic initiatives that align with the
growth team's objectives
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report
on partnership success
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business
development
Proven ability to identify business development opportunities
within ecosystem partners
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Experience with Salesforce for tracking partner revenue
Familiarity with data and digital marketing technologies such as
Snowflake and Sitecore
