Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to oversee and
improve global health and welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer global benefits programs, including health
insurance and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with local and global regulations through audits
and updates
Develop engaging educational materials and serve as a resource for
employees regarding benefits
Required Qualifications
Four-year college degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in global benefits administration,
preferably with UKG Pro
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in benefit change management and employee education
materials creation
