Job Description:

Description: Duties and Responsibilities:Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records in the inventory database.Coordinate and schedule the movement of products within the warehouse, including the storage and shipment of finished goods.Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for the proper storage of excess stock.Optimize the daily flow of finished products by adjusting storage space assignments as needed.Verify product availability for shipping by reviewing inventory records or conducting physical counts.Identify slow-moving products and, with managerial approval, coordinate their removal or redistribution.Direct forklift operators to efficiently store goods in designated warehouse areas.Perform manual handling tasks, including repacking and restacking pallets of finished goods when necessary.Operate forklifts as required to support warehouse operations.Accurately document all warehouse activities and complete required forms and reports.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Requirements: Qualifications and Skills:Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.Proficiency in operating forklifts (certification is a plus).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking. High school diploma or equivalent required.At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.Working Conditions:This position may involve extended periods of standing, lifting, and moving items.Work may take place in varying temperatures, depending on the warehouse environment.PI36f342fb9d18-25660-36425632
