Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITSM Process Improvement Analyst to
enhance IT Service Management practices and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) process and
procedures
Facilitate discussions to improve employee experiences using IT
Service Management tools
Collaborate with process owners to advocate for continual
improvement in ITSM processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of ITSM practice experience
Strong background in cloud and ITSM software for enterprise
Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with leadership and
stakeholders
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
ITIL v3 fundamentals certification or higher
