A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst - Core
HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configurations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday
Core HCM module
Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet
organizational needs
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support
implementations and new enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field
6+ years of HRIS experience, with technical expertise in Workday
Core HCM
Strong understanding of key HR business processes
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Workday certification in Core HCM is preferred
