Job Description:
A company is looking for an Applications Support Analyst who
performs routine healthcare information system and application
support.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve incidents and service requests related to healthcare
information systems
Research and recommend improvements for application workflows
Create and maintain training documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Information Technology,
Healthcare, Business, or a related field
One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware,
or interface preferred
IT certification must be obtained within six months of hire if
applicable
Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies and relevant laws/regulations
is helpful
