Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Level Analyst responsible for
overseeing the development, implementation, monitoring, and
management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities to ensure business solution objectives are
met
Oversee account-specific service problems and prioritize work
requests
Identify service improvements to increase customer satisfaction and
ensure timely implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Six or more years of support services or project/program
experience
Experience in service delivery management, SLA management, or IT
service management
Strong background in managing SLAs in a technology or
service-driven environment
Proficient in using SLA management and reporting tools
