A company is looking for School Behavior Technicians (RBT/PARA)
with Full Benefits in Danbury, CT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to elementary students with mild to moderate
diagnoses
Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans under the
supervision of licensed professionals
Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications
Connecticut RBT/Para License
Experience working remotely (preferred)
Availability for full-time or flexible part-time hours
Experience in a school setting is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support
staff
