Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Partner, Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and document the monthly commission process for Sales teams,
ensuring compliance with policies
Administer the Varicent Sales Performance Management tool for
commission calculations and reporting
Provide expertise and training on commission plans and tools, and
resolve related inquiries
Required Qualifications:
Experience with automated sales commission systems, preferably ICM
systems like Varicent
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to create standard work procedures and implement
improvement opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
functions
Experience in data analysis and reporting, including market
compensation benchmarks
