Job Description:
A company is looking for a Founding Product Designer to shape
the future of science through impactful design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design projects and collaborate with
engineers for quality implementation
Translate user needs into user flows and actionable product
decisions that influence product direction
Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features
and improvements while evolving brand visuals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in a
high-growth startup environment
Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and UI details
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with
minimal oversight
Experience with design tools such as Figma and Framer
A strong bias for action and a proactive approach to design
challenges
