Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of NFL Operations to lead its
digital sportsbook operations.
Key Responsibilities
Determine the go-to-market value proposition for NFL operations and
ensure team alignment
Support achievement of sport-level financial goals with
accountability for Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
Develop and execute a single sport strategy and lead a
cross-functional team for sport-level execution
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years in the regulated online sports betting industry,
with 5 years in leadership roles
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or
Mathematics is preferred
Experience managing a promotional budget or accountability to
business metrics is strongly preferred
Proven ability to deliver on complex objectives that exceed
business expectations
Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple
stakeholders
