Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent and People Partner to support
talent acquisition and human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment process and build a robust talent
pipeline
Administer HR operations, including onboarding, benefits
administration, and employee engagement initiatives
Foster a positive workplace culture and coordinate team-building
activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of recruiting and HR experience, preferably in
startup and digital healthcare environments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field preferred
Proficiency with Ashby, JustWorks, and Google Suite tools
Strong understanding of recruiting strategies for startups and
digital healthcare markets
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
confidentially
