Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Associate to coordinate
research efforts and manage relationships in a dynamic
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full research lifecycle, including planning,
participant outreach, and data analysis
Support relationship management with sponsors and coordinate
research initiatives
Manage administrative tasks for the research team, ensuring smooth
operations and timely follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Business, Communications,
Research, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in research, project management,
or a related field
Strong interest in research with foundational knowledge in
quantitative analysis and data management
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
effectively
Confidence to collaborate with senior executives and a passion for
understanding credit unions and their members
