Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Associate to engage with
members and potential members in a high-volume call
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Discuss features and benefits of consumer product lines with
members
Utilize call scripts for retention outreach and make over 120 calls
per shift
Assist members with inquiries and follow up on initial calls for
further information or surveys
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Medical terminology courses preferred
Prior inbound/outbound call center experience preferred
Experience with Medicare or state health programs preferred
Must pass a criminal background check and not be sanctioned from
healthcare programs
