Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel for Global Compliance and
Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and stay updated on
evolving regulations
Provide legal advice on cybersecurity frameworks and data breach
response plans
Assess legal risks of AI systems and ensure compliance with
relevant laws
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the US state of residence
Seven plus (7+) years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity,
and/or AI compliance
Proven expertise in drafting data privacy addendums and conducting
AI risk assessments
Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations and current AI
regulations
