Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and preparing legal documents and discovery
responses
Manage case files and maintain a calendar for legal department
events and deadlines
Conduct legal research and gather information for case settlements
and investigations
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree with paralegal certification or Bachelor's
degree from an accredited college
Two or more years of experience as a paralegal
Two or more years of experience in mortgage servicing
Good understanding of mortgage servicing and litigation
Intermediate skills in MS Suite, particularly Word and Excel
