A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support
its technical hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to scale teams and advise on search
strategies
Own full-cycle recruiting and utilize data to enhance the search
process
Develop DEI sourcing strategies in collaboration with Sourcers and
Hiring Managers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth,
tech-enabled companies
Experience as a business partner to hiring managers, providing
data-driven insights
Understanding of inclusive hiring practices to reduce bias in
decision making
Strategic and data-driven mindset for optimizing the hiring
process
Ability to navigate ambiguity in a startup environment
