Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to
align business objectives with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with management to develop and implement HR processes
supporting strategic business growth
Provide performance management guidance and develop people
strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with
legal requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience in resolving complex employee
relations issues
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and applicable
employment laws
Experience with HRIS administration, preferably Oracle
