A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage error reports for compliance and coach customer care
staff
Approve or deny claims and maintain reports for decision-making
Conduct performance appraisals and lead initiatives for improvement
in customer care
Required Qualifications
Business degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent
required
2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience preferred
5 years of supervisory or lead experience in customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
