Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mental Health Nursing Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive, evidence-based educational modules on mental health nursing topics
Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to create effective educational content
Conduct regular reviews of content for accuracy and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Nursing with a focus on Mental Health or Psychiatric Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a nursing program, specializing in mental health nursing
Proven experience in curriculum development and educational content creation
