Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor Clinical Solutions
Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Clinical Solutions Associates, addressing
operational deficiencies and monitoring productivity
Manage caseload and collaborate with the Director of Clinical
Solutions on contract management deliverables
Develop and implement training programs while ensuring compliance
with operational procedures and quality assurance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
preferred
Three to five years of progressively responsible customer service
experience and three years in provider relations or healthcare
Strong medical background with a comprehensive understanding of
medical terminology and healthcare principles
Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook,
Word, and Excel
Any combination of education/experience that demonstrates the
ability to perform the functions of the position will be
accepted
