Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for
staff
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders and
develop sales pitches for global pursuits
Manage profit and loss for accounts, including budget development
and sales targets achievement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant
experience; real estate license required
Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance
management preferred
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
