Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Enablement and Onboarding
Manager to drive value for enterprise customers through onboarding,
training, and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to
enterprise customers
Create and deliver customer enablement materials and host training
sessions
Track and analyze onboarding metrics to optimize the customer
experience
Required Qualifications
3+ years in onboarding, enablement, or customer success roles,
preferably in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise onboarding
projects
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple initiatives
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for
decision-making
Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools, as well as productivity
and collaboration tools
