Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Advisory and Planning
to manage teams supporting select Mega clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a sales culture focused on company values and
customer outcomes
Lead team meetings and coordinate across departments to enhance
service delivery
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to
improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 registrations required
3-5 years of leadership experience
2-4 years of demonstrated success in financial services and sales
experience
FINRA fingerprinting required
