Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Manager - SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement collections strategies to reduce outstanding
receivables
Oversee collections activities, including customer contact and
issue resolution
Track and report on key collections metrics and analyze aging
reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in collections within a SaaS or
technology-focused company
Strong understanding of SaaS billing models and revenue
recognition
Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software and Salesforce
Experience managing accounts receivable and customer
negotiations
