Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Sr. Program Manager to
design and implement safety initiatives for its products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Trust & Safety programs to enhance platform
integrity and user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate
emerging threats and risks
Manage program performance through data analytics and reporting to
drive improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety or Integrity
operations
Strong understanding of online safety issues, including data
privacy and misinformation
Familiarity with content moderation ecosystems and policy
implementation standards
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and
influencing diverse stakeholders
Experience with advertising standards and advertiser review systems
is preferred
