A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Revenue & Payment
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, focusing on
client satisfaction and performance metrics
Act as the subject matter expert on billing and payment processes
during client onboarding
Drive team performance through goal-setting, coaching, and
developing formal policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field
10+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, operations,
or revenue cycle management
Background in healthcare or digital health, with high-growth
startup experience preferred
Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling
high-performing teams
Ability to build trust and serve as a key decision-maker among
stakeholders
