A company is looking for a Head of Product Engineering to lead
and scale their engineering organization in a high-growth startup
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring secure,
high-quality, and reliable tools
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while promoting a culture of
collaboration and innovation
Develop and execute the engineering roadmap, aligning with the
company's strategic objectives and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
10+ years of engineering leadership experience in software
development, particularly in a B2B environment
5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a startup
setting
Proven track record in developing technical strategies for new or
evolving products
Experience in secure environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST
compliance
Proficiency in CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern engineering
practices
