Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Ads Server
Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, motivate, and lead a team of infrastructure engineers
focused on high-scale Ads delivery systems
Develop and execute a prioritized infrastructure roadmap based on
business needs
Facilitate collaboration between product teams and ensure adherence
to quality and performance standards
Required Qualifications
8+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer
3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
2+ years of experience as a tech lead in systems and architecture
design
Experience with at least two programming languages such as Python,
Go, Scala, Java, or C++
Preferred experience in container orchestration, message queuing
services, or data processing frameworks
