Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Services Manager to
oversee the engineering department and ensure alignment with
company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and direct multi-functional engineering operations to meet
strategic goals
Manage cost reduction initiatives by streamlining processes and
systems
Guide the development of system architectures and oversee project
proposals and forecasts
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
Eight years of manufacturing experience, including management or
supervisory roles
Ten years of experience in research and development or
manufacturing environments
Five years of laboratory experience
Proven expertise in automation and vision systems in production
settings
