A company is looking for a My Epic Gear Member Engagement &
Renewal Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute guest engagement strategies for My Epic Gear
members
Monitor and optimize renewal KPIs and lead tactics to drive these
metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the member
experience and influence renewals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3 to 5 years of marketing experience focused on member engagement
or customer experience
Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market
strategies
Experience with digital messaging in owned channels
Strong ability to analyze member data and implement engagement
strategies
