Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Tech Support Specialist (B2B
SaaS) to provide technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding RCM and billing software
via email
Triage support tickets and escalate issues to appropriate teams
Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to enhance
customer experience
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech
support
Medical billing background required, with a preference for Physical
Therapy billing
Experience in clinical development or medical billing
operations
Highly analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel
