Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Tax Manager (Corporate
International Tax).
Key Responsibilities
Provide international tax planning and compliance services for
clients
Conduct research on international tax issues and develop the
international tax practice
Manage client relationships and oversee the training and
development of the international tax team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required; Master's Degree, JD or
LLM in Taxation preferred
5+ years of tax experience, with at least 2 years focused on
international tax
Valid CPA, EA, JD, or LLM required
Strong federal tax background and experience with closely-held
businesses
Extensive knowledge of international tax issues and solutions
