Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Consultant to
evaluate, design, and implement benefits solutions for healthcare
and not-for-profit clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee analytical aspects of benefits engagements and ensure
adherence to budgets and timelines
Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and deploy
benefits-related solutions
Support the development of junior team members and improve
productivity through tools and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably in
finance, economics, or healthcare administration
10 years of consulting or business-related experience in data
analysis and benefits program design
Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
Experience with relevant laws and regulations impacting healthcare
clients
Master's degree or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist
designation preferred
