Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee
financial reporting and compliance, accounting operations, and team
leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements and manage the annual
audit process
Direct month-end and year-end close processes while leading
automation initiatives
Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team and support
strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced
degree and CPA preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in
controllership
Experience leading and closing at least 2 financial audits
Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and month-end close
processes
Proven track record in process improvement and project
management
