This role is pivotal to the financial success of our organization, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial systems, preparing monthly reports, overseeing payroll, and ensuring all financial procedures are in compliance with legal regulations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including monthly reporting, financials, ledger, consolidations, month-end close, financial statements, capital, and payroll.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
• Oversee the production of monthly reports as well as financial statements and cash flow projections.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
  • Proven experience with financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and related systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, strategic planning, quality management, promoting process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, developing budgets, and financial skills.Interested in hearing more?
